Welcome to our charming 1925 retreat in a quietly situated blocks from Broad Ripple’s arts district in Indianapolis, IN. Decorated with modern furnishings, this cozy space sleeps 6 and features a gas-burning stone fireplace and 1-gig WIFI. Perfect for business travelers, concerts, sporting events, or exploring. You’re a short drive to Hinkle Fieldhouse, Gainbridge Fieldhouse, Lucas Oil Stadium, and the historic Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Enjoy comfort, convenience, and charm all in one place!

The The Rosslyn Retreat has three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one with two twin beds. There is a half bath upstairs and full bath downstairs. There’s a fully stocked kitchen if you want to make home-cooked meals. The dining room can accommodate six people. There’s also a breakfast nook area with small table and chairs which can be used as a work space if desired.
The living room has a Vizio smart tv with Apple Airplay a comfy leather couch and gas fireplace. Games are available for your use.
The backyard is fully fenced in with privacy fencing. This is great if traveling with your dog. There’s also a nice large table outside for alfresco dining.

					Our family enjoyed our stay. Check-in was easy! The house was charming and the neighborhood is peaceful.

We were in town for a softball tournament so many of our days were spent outdoors. We didn’t get to explore the area too much, but what we did see was very cute and welcoming.

Beds are comfy and the kitchen was stocked. The stairs are a bit steep if you have little ones. 

We’d definitely reserve again if we’re in the area.

					The house was clean and in a beautiful neighborhood.  The decor was warm and inviting.  The kitchen was in new condition with plenty of supplies including Keurig coffee maker and selection of breakfast bars.  The bathroom too is new / clean and well stocked with towels and AVEDA products.  We also used the washer and dryer which was also well stocked with supplies.   This is a perfect place to stay if you you are traveling with a dog or two.   The backyard is fully fenced with plenty of space for furry friends.   I highly recommend this property if you are visiting Indianapolis.

					This was such a great stay! The house was fantastic, and the backyard was awesome to hang out in.  Having ample parking spots for the house was a huge plus with 2 bigger vehicles traveling in our group. Also it should be mentioned that even though I didn’t bring my dogs, I could’ve and they would’ve felt right at home. Everything from dog bowls, treats to toys was made available if you do decide to bring your dog.



I would recommend anyone looking to stay in the broad ripple area to consider this house!

					Rosslyn retreat is a treat! everything was in its place. The property is easy to park at. The neighborhood is quiet and feel safe. I love the sofa in the living room! I felt right at home and was able to cook many meals there. I would recommend Rosslyn retreat to anyone!

					We all enjoyed getting together at the Rosslyn Retreat.  Our family especially loved the location, since we gathered to help our daughter get her new home ready to move into.  Keeley's attention to detail was greatly appreciated:  well stocked kitchen, clean and organized spaces, even dog toys and treats!   Wonderful!

					This place was amazing. There's plenty of homes that say they can accommodate pets but there are few that make the effort to really make pets feel at home. There was dog bowls, toys, and doggy towels available that were clean. Yard was fenced in and large. Kitchen utilities were very clean. Location is close enough to foody places but not too close to be stuck in high traffic zones. Overall I highly recommend this place.

					We absolutely loved our stay here. Beautifully decorated, lots of space, comfortable furniture, and the best of all, lots of amenities for our dog. She really enjoyed the fenced yard, treats, and toys provided by the host. The host also provided potty bags, which I feel is above and beyond. Great stay! Would absolutely stay here again.

					Keely was very responsive, kind, and helpful, even though we were not the easiest guests: we managed to lock ourselves out the very first day (our mistake, not hers!). She helped out right away and even had a locksmith come out within an hour or so to make it impossible for us to do that again. Keely was also extremely flexible with us as we extended our stay a few times because we were in town for a family member who needed cancer treatment at Community North Hospital, which is only 15 minutes away. It was nice to have a homey place to stay during a stressful and difficult time. The wifi is excellent. I never had one issue with my video calls for work, which I had daily for the two weeks we were there. The kitchen has all the needed basics for cooking meals, including several good spices. It was cozy, easy to do laundry when we needed, and overall a place I would certainly stay again if I am ever in Indy in the future.

					The house was exactly what we expected. All new furnishings and very clean. Plenty of room in the bedrooms and the extras available in the kitchen were a nice touch. The stairway to upstairs has narrow steps so be cautious on the way down if wearing only socks.
